This tour will be interested to people who love nature, animals and like to see them in their wildlife.

We offer you a trip to Nalychevo lake. It is located behind Koryakski, Avachinski and Kozelski volcanoes. This place is wonderful and unique as there was an ancient settlement of aboriginal people of Kamchatka. Itelmen people lived near this lake for many years, the ocean, river and lake gave them food, means of transportation, and etc.

The lake is surrounded by extinct and active volcanoes. There is Nalychevo river that takes its beginning from Nalychevo lake and goes straight to the Pacific Ocean. And that's why you can see the salmon coming up for spawning to the lake.

Also if you are lucky and have enough time to spend near the Pacific coast, you will see whales, sea birds, sea otters and many other different sea animals.

As this place is located in a Nature Reserve you can also see snow sheep, Steller's eagles and many wild animals.

The brown bears are very common things to see there. You can see how they fish, teach their cobs to fish, fight for the territory and having fun.

To get to this Nalychevo lake is not difficult. 6wd truck brings you to the Pacific coast and there you take a motor boat to get to the lake. At the lake you will be accommodated in wooden lodge with fire place to warm up.

You will have several days to walk round, make boat trips to the other sides of the lake, see morning bears' activities and late evenings' ones. Travel round and make a touch to the virgin and amazing nature.

1 day. Arrival to the Pacific Ocean coast by 6 wd truck. Change for motor boat and go to the lake. Accommodation in the wooden lodge. Russian meal, walks in the evening to Nalychevo lake.

2 day. Day for bear viewing. Excursions to the other side of the lake. See for Steller's eagle nesting. Over night in lodge. Dinner.

3 day. Day for bear viewing, visit the river Nalychevo with salmon. Fotoes the early morning fishing bear and late evening. Over night in lodge. Dinner.

4 day. Day for bear viewing and fotoes. Excursions round the Lake. Watching the snow sheep.

5 day. Reserved day in case of bad weather.

6 day. Return by motor boat and 6 wd truck to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatkski.

Terms and conditions:

• group size is 1-4 pax
• the routes for bear watching (wild animals viewing) is checked and chosen by the professional guides due to the group's safety.
• the program is made for the good weather conditions
• in case of bad condition of the client, his sickness, bad equipment condition, late start because of the client fault, the money are not given back.
• It is not allowed walking without the guide, because of the brown bears.

  Recommended to take for the trip:

  Camera, films for different kind of weather, warm cloth (for bear watching you will have to wait at one place, sometimes it takes hours to make good fotoes), rubber boots, warm socks, change clothing, water and wind stop cloths, private medical box, sunglasses, mosquito hats.

  Strict rules: the traveler must realize the danger while being near the bears and follow guide's advice.
