VISA PROBLEMS

Sometimes not everything goes as it was planned. If by the time you get to Vladivostok your visa has expired or about to expire, do not waste your time trying to do everything by yourself and consult our experts. It is truly very difficult to manage everything by yourself as offices work at certain hours, all blanks and forms are to be filled in Russian.

Let us know about your problem as soon as you arrive. Visa can be extended within one day or two maximum if you:

• Arrive to our office day in advance or early in the morning
• Have two pictures of you 3x4 sm ( like in passport)
• Take all of your documents (passport, migration card, train and airline tickets) so we can make all necessary copies

USEFUL TIPS:

• Never throw away any tickets, vouchers or anything which can prove your presence along your trip
• Always ask about registration in hotel, make sure that you have one if hotel has such service
