Hotel "Pribaikalskaya" is located in 8 kms from the main mooring of Listvyanka village, it opened its doors for the first visitors in March, 2003. It is designed for simultaneous accommodation of 167 men. Rooms are located in two parts of hotel — basic five-story building with two lifts of a various category and three-story VIP building featuring deluxe rooms and suits.
