Our hotel is located in the settlement called Listvjanka on the slope of the hill with the view of the lake and its environment that makes you fell as if you are involved in the magic world of the lake. Word "Derevenka" is translated from Russian as "small village". The hotel has 7 cottages for the guests and one cottage with a kitchen, a dinning room, a bar and Russian bania (bath) with a very delicate odor of Baikal plants. You should try this but do not forget to complete the session with plunging into ice-cold Baikal water. You will be sure to feel as though you have been newly born.

The cottages for guests differ in sizes depending on the number of people there are to be accommodated (2, 4, 7). The cottages are constructed in traditional Russian style. Each cottage has the name of one of most famous Baikal winds like Angara, Barguzin Gorny, Kultuk, Sarma, Selenga and Shelonnik.

The hotel is under protection of Security agency "Ares".

Cuisine

While staying at the hotel, You can have meals at our dining room in the hotel Derevenka. Breakfast is included in cost of accomodation (see Pricelist). It would be our pleasure to cook supper and dinner for you.

There is a wide choice of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes of the famous Siberian cuisine as well as special dishes made of omul (fish of salmon family found in Lake Baikal). We employ an excellent chef to make your life "tasty".

The sugaday is unique dish which you can taste on Baikal only. It is preparing from fresh omul with addition of salt and spices without any thermal processing. The way of preparation is similar to Japanese sushi, but the sugaday Bly differs from it to taste. It is used as cold snack.

Cold snack: the stuffed pepper, cabbage with pickles and sandwiches with a butter, greens and fresh-salted caviar of omul.

Fried Baikal White-fish (sig). The Baikal White-fish (sig) is the fish very similar to omul and distinguished by extremely gentle meat.
